When I raised it privately, she said I was "being territorial about collaboration," which made me feel like I was losing my footing on reality. I've started routing pre-briefing summaries to the Regional Commander directly, so there's a record of origin. Renata noticed, told me it looked like I was going over her head, and now our private meetings have gone cold. I don't want to leave the syndicate. But I cannot keep watching her standing before the Council with my work in her hands. Is there a way to reclaim visibility without destroying my post?

The problem here is structural. Renata is a conduit between your intelligence and the people empowered to act on it. She controls attribution because she controls access.
